The Cage Test Method was used to determine the effectiveness of our product.
The process that was followed:
- 30 Female Mosquitos was used in the test.
- The product was applied and the forearm was exposed to the inside of the cage for 1 Hour, 2 Hours, 3 Hours and 4 Hours.
Results:
1 Hour - 0 Landings and 0 Bites
2 Hours - 0 Landings and 0 Bites
3 Hours - 3 Landings and 0 Bites
4 Hours - 5 Landings and 1 Bite
Outcome:
Bugz Away recommends re-application of our product every 3 hours for high repellent effectiveness.
